Terms And Conditions

1. PRICES:

            All prices are site delivery in L.E.

2. TAXES:

            Sales Tax is not included in the mentioned prices.

3. WARRANTY:

        All Auto Scanners is covered by One-year warranty, against manufacturing defects, effective from date of delivery.

Warranty includes spare-parts and replacement of equipment if needed against manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse.

4. DELIVERY:

 Immediately or 15 Days from date of confirmed purchase order and down payment regarding to Stock limits.

5. TRAINING:

            Training is free of charge.

6. Training:

            Training Fees: Free of charge for one day.

            Training place: On Site for 2 qualified people.

7. PAYMENT METHOD:

  50 % Down Payment (Not Refundable)

  50 % Upon Delivery Cash.

8. SERVICE CONTRACT:

After Warranty period, service contracts are available inside great Cairo & outside Great Cairo.

Service contracts do not include spare parts.

9. TECH SUPPORT POLICY :

-Tech Support time within 10 hours , except on Fridays, and Official Holidays..

-Maintenance is done on site, in case of failure, temporarily replacement is applicable for the repair period (Upon availability).
